He earned his Ph.D. in Civil Engineering project management from the University of California, Irvine, and established Canstars to make a mark in Egypt through dedicated hard work and achievements. When Canstars was launched in February 2011, it was an unknown brand in the private security sector. Dr. Rizkalla's leadership and management style were inspirational, aiming to deliver unparalleled services in the Egyptian market. He believed in two strategic choices: to be better and cheaper than competitors or to position the company as distinctly different. He chose the latter. Dr. Nader’s passion and determination led to the healthy, long-term growth of Canstars. The company's focus was always on long-term success rather than short-term gains, with success defined not just as profit, but as creating value for all stakeholders.
